International Application Process

Choose Your Program & Verify Requirements

Explore our Bachelor's and Master's programs. International applicants should pay close attention to academic prerequisites and language requirements for their chosen field of study.

Prepare & Submit Documents

Gather all necessary documents from the checklist. Ensure your academic credentials are officially translated and properly legalized (apostilled) as required. Submit your complete application package online.

Receive Admission Offer

If your application is successful, you will receive an official Letter of Admission from the Academy. This letter is a crucial document for the next steps.

Apply for a Student Visa

With your Letter of Admission, you can apply for a student visa at the Embassy or Consulate of the Kyrgyz Republic in your home country. We will provide an official invitation letter to support your visa application.

Application Essentials

Required Documents

  • International Student Application Form
  • Copy of International Passport
  • Legalized/Apostilled copy of High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • Official Academic Transcripts (with certified translation)
  • Proof of Language Proficiency (if applicable)
  • Medical Fitness Certificate
  • Passport-sized Photographs

Student Visa Information

A student visa is mandatory for most non-Kyrgyz citizens. The process is as follows:

  • Secure an official Letter of Admission from the Academy.
  • Receive an invitation letter from us, which we register with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • Apply for the visa at the nearest Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
  • Upon arrival, you must register with the local authorities within 5 days. Our International Office will assist you with this.

Language Requirements

Our primary languages of instruction are Russian and Kyrgyz. Proficiency in one of these languages is essential for academic success. We offer preparatory language courses for students who need to improve their skills before beginning their degree program.

Proficiency Options

  • Provide a certificate of proficiency from a recognized language testing center.
  • Pass the Academy's internal language placement test upon arrival.
  • Enroll in our intensive Pre-Sessional Language Program (1-2 semesters).
